A certain trip/adventure that I took with my family was when we went to Riviera Maya during winter break 2010. It was meaningful because we all had the chance to bond together. We also had the opportunity to do new and exciting things such as snorkeling, and canoing. Some challenges that we encountered was that we had to deal with the language barrier and that we spoke a different language than the indigenous people that lived there. There is also a challenge of adapting to a new culture in just a short period of time. These challenges are unique to travel because it depends on where one is traveling. Each trip is a different experience to different people.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your trip with us. I personally love snorkeling more than about anything else I've ever done traveling! I'm glad do know that you have faced some of these travel challenges before, because of this, you will have an idea of what to expect on our trip. Try and continue to go into more depth with every blog you write as our class continues.
